everyone thinks it is a big upset it was just a good game but i think that everyone in haysi knew that we could be honaker the entire year we knew that the boys would have to play well but everyone knew it was possible

I'm not taking anything away from Haysi, it was a hard fought game. No one else thought but Haysi though you could pull it off and you did. I said it was an upset cause we where the "favorities" to win the BDD again pretty much everyone assumed Honaker would win, but they didn't. Its just like Lebanon and Northwood, no one thought NW would do much this year, but they beat Leb and are so far the only undefeated team in the Hogo right now many consider them the "surprise" team of Region C this year and they're right. I guess this pathetic pansy schedule we play has come back to bite Hubbard in the a$$ after all. If we played Richlands in an actual game, plus play people like Marion and Lee and we already play Tazewell, there would be no way anyone in Region D could out point us. It also pisses me off that he dropped Rural Retreat and Grayson county just cause they ALMOST beat us last year. But I guess all his play off hopes were riding on winning the BDD, and thats just what he gets for assuming!!! [img]mad.gif[/img] It was a good game though, one of the biggest nail bitters ever!

I like him as a person just fine. He just needs to play harder teams thats all I'm sayin, thats what everyone at Honaker and almost everyone in SWVA is sayin. Hes great at buildin a good team don't get me wrong. coach Hubbard is one of the nicest guys ever, and a riot to have in class lol. but I guess theres no more use in crying over spilt milk, the points COULD work in our favor and they might not. good luck to Haysi in the playoffs.
